3) Technical Writing, including Policy Development, Contract Bids and Proposal Development,
Curricula Content, Web Content, Instructional Manuals, Report Generation/Submittal, Research
and On-going article provision for online knowledge database and electronic newsletters, and
4) International Business Relations and Development Expertise, especially regarding
Mexico/Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as the Middle East.
